At NuBODY by Bobbi, Sports Performance Training is about much more than getting stronger—it’s about developing complete athletes. My training programs are designed to improve speed, strength, power, agility, endurance, mobility, coordination, and confidence so young athletes can compete at their highest level while reducing their risk of injury.
